Founded by Amber Bullock in Millbrook, Al, IMPACT Professionals embodies years of experience in program and process excellence, alongside leading evaluations across diverse policy areas in both state government and private business solutions. Amber’s extensive experience and dedication to enhancing operational performance has shaped the foundation of our organization, driving us to deliver high-impact, sustainable solutions that foster transformative change.

In 2023, a family tragedy forced our founder to step away from the traditional workforce to provide necessary support to her family to navigate healing. During this period, it became evident that returning to a conventional brick-and-mortar work environment was no longer feasible.
